Operations Coordinator

Summary:
The main function of an operations coordinator is to support the operations manager in ensuring that different departments in the company are aligned. The Operations associate professional acts as direct support on company's processes, improvements and internal or external initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform, organise and streamline operational tasks across various departments to reduce the risk for potential errors
  • Work on tasks concerned with pricing, sales, production and/or distribution of the company's products
  • Provide technical assistance to clients and staff
  • Monitor for problems and acting when required or escalating to the operations manager when needed
  • Action activities that are associated with the production of the products the company offers
  • Handle problems in a calm and collected manner, even when under pressure

Skills:

  • Microsoft office, Word, Excel
  • Excellent organization and mathematical skills
  • Basic computer literacy

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in business, administration or related field; candidates with relevant experience will also be considered
