Customer Service Representative
Salary:
- £25,000 - £30,000 (Dependant on experience)

Position Overview:
This role is a great opportunity to join a leading and growing manufacturing business, with ambitious growth plans. Within this role, you will represent and be the link between the business and its customers, ensuing customers have a positive experience.
Position Duties:
- Speaking to customers over the phone and email.
- Dealing with any customer queries or issues.
- Answering inbound customer calls.
- Keeping accurate data and documentation on the companies CRM.
- Providing technical knowledge to customers when required.
- Maintaining and building good customer relationships.
- Liaising with external salespeople on customer requirements.
Position Requirements:
- Proven experience within customer service roles.
- Professional telephone manner.
- Good communication skills.
- Technical background/ knowledge is desirable.
