Executive Assistant Travel

You will be working for a well established organisation reputed to be a leader in their field.
Your new role
You will be working as part of a team delivering robust administrative support, including global travel bookings, visas, events support in a vibrant atmosphere. You will have experience of working in an environment where you are able to make the process work for you rather than just follow a set process in order to maximise efficiency. You will be experienced in global travel booking, getting visas for the team and ensuring that their travel is seamless. You will have excellent communication skills and be experienced in liaising with senior executives as well as more entry level team members. This role is best suited for someone with a very positive outlook who is looking to deliver their best support on a global level.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be proactive and keen to deliver excellent team support. You will have previously delivered global travel booking, designing travel arrangements and flexing the arrangements around a team. You may have experience of "Carnet" but this is not essential. You will have experience of chasing expenses, visas, travel plans and be able to juggle a number of different tasks at once. This role demands excellent communication skills and is very hybrid. You will be required to travel to the Ascot area and this will require a car.
