A brilliant market leading estate agent are currently looking for an expereinced Property Manager to join their team in the beautiful town of Leigh-on-sea.
Responsibilities for this Property Manager role will include:
- Managing a portfolio of residential properties, including tenant relations, lease renewals, rent collection, and property inspections
- Coordinating maintenance and repairs, ensuring timely and cost-effective solutions
- Resolving tenant issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Adhering to landlord and tenant legislation, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations
- Assisting with marketing and advertising vacant properties
- Providing excellent customer service to both landlords and tenants
Skills & Experience for this Property Manager role:
- Proven experience in property management
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with property management software
- A valid UK driving license
