Our dedicated RPO team deliver a bespoke recruitment service to the Royal Mail Group across the UK - recruiting high calibre candidates to postal worker, mail sorter, and delivery driver roles.
Your role as a Talent Lead will be to lead a team of Recruiters in fulfilling high-volume recruitment demands in a fast-paced environment.
- £25,000- £29,000 pa, depending on experience

- Full-Time, 5 Month FTC/secondment opportunity
You'll be driving your team to success through data driven decisions, therefore having a strong understanding of pulling and manipulating excel reports is key. You'll need to be confident monitoring and managing adherence to targets, as well as building positive and influential working relationships with both your direct reports and key client stakeholders.
What are we looking for?
- Excellent communication skills, must be able to confidently communicate to people at all levels, adapt to different communication needs and understand how to motivate and incentivise your team to get positive results.
- We're looking for individuals with experience working within fast paced, target driven environments (call centres, etc)
- Excel experience (V-Look ups and analysis of pipeline reports)
- Although direct management experience isn't essential, it is key to possess and evidence strong leadership skills
