We are seeking:

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle a diverse portfolio of insurance claims across various lines of business
- Advocate for clients throughout the claims process, ensuring fair and timely resolution
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of claim-related communications and payments
- Mentor and support team members, fostering a collaborative environment
- Identify and implement proactive measures to minimise the risk of claims
Preferred Requirements:
- Prior experience in claims handling within an insurance broker or similar environment
- Strong understanding of commercial insurance products and terminology would be advantageous
- Proven track record of managing complex claims
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in insurance software and Microsoft Office suite
Preferred Qualifications:
- Relevant experience in commercial insurance claims
- Insurance industry certifications, such as Cert CII (training support provided by the business)
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
