Digital Sales Representative
Here at Impact Recruitment we are hiring a Digital Sales for one of our clients who are a leading manufacturer within their industry. They are looking to transition away from the traditional sales approach and evolve as a digital organisation contacting and visiting customers virtually.
Salary: £25,000- £29,000 (DOE)
Hours: 8am - 5pm
Location: Northampton (Hybrid after 6-months)
Benefits: Flexible working, all IT equipment provided, yearly bonus, 33-days annual leave, company social events.
Job Description:
This role is 100% digital. The successful candidates will be fully competent with using two cameras on Microsoft Teams. One for a headshot and the other for simultaneous product demonstrations. You will digitally visit customers and prospective customers to discuss, understand, solve problems, and showcase products digitally. You will demonstrate market-leading products and engineering capability to provide exceptional solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Contacting customers digitally through the likes of LinkedIn and Microsoft Teams.
- Analysing customer dashboards to identify which customers to contact.
- Being proactive and searching for new opportunities.
- Using our CRM and ERP system to identify leads.
- Finding engineering solutions to customer requirements digitally.
- Showcasing our range of products virtually.
- Using the showroom to virtually host customer meetings and demonstrations.
Requirements:
- A track record of pro-actively working in a digital environment.
- Fully conversant with the creation and use of share point pages.
- Be able to show examples of digital content creation.
- Expertise in digital technology and a proficient LinkedIn user.
- An inquisitive and problem-solving approach.
- Excellent communicator to build relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Ability to self-manage your week while maintaining high productivity levels.
