My client is looking for a highly experienced Quality Engineer to join their team who are offering an exciting career path for the right candidate! If you have solid knowledge and experience with FMEA, SPC, control plans, and lean production, then this really is an opportunity you don't want to miss out on!
Duties include:
- Developing current quality standards
and
quality control systems
*
- Implementing new quality standards
and
quality control systems
and presenting detailed explanations as to how and why they are beneficial.
- Testing, inspecting
, and
reviewing processes
and
materials
to ensure
standards of quality are being met
*
- Ensuring
safety regulations are continuously being met
for all processes and products.
- Leading quality improvement meetings
- Any other duties required.
The successful candidate will have / be:
- Previous
experience as a Quality Engineer
*
- A qualified
lead auditor
*
- Knowledge of lean principles
and have a
Six Sigma green belt
*
- The ability to
produce audit plans for internal and external use
*
- Familiar with
ISO 9001
*
