Hyde is looking to recruit a Sustainability Manager.

As a Sustainability Manager at Hyde, you will be working within the Asset Management & Sustainability team to optimise Hyde's energy sustainability efforts and oversee retrofit works. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of assets and translating sustainability goals into actionable strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Lead on the Implementation and delivery of Hyde's strategic objectives
- Oversee retrofit projects aimed at enhancing energy efficiency across Hyde's assets.
- Utilise data analytics tools to monitor programmes and access grant funding.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices for sustainable asset operation.
- Recommend and implement energy-efficient technologies and practices
- Support Hyde and Greener Futures Partnership membership
- Manage the Sustainability team, providing advice, guidance, and support to team members.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Proven experience in sustainability or a related field, preferably in property.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Project management experience, including the ability to prioritise tasks, manage budgets, and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations, codes, and standards related to energy efficiency and sustainability
- Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation, with experience using analytics tools and software
- Experience of SHIFT is advantageous
