We are seeking a dedicated Primary School Teacher with QTS status to join our supply team. This role is ideal for a flexible educator who is eager to work across various schools, year groups, and settings on a day-to-day basis. Day-to-day of the role:
- Delivering pre-planned lessons across different primary year groups.
- Adapting teaching methods to suit various classroom settings and student needs.
- Managing classroom behaviour and ensuring a positive learning environment.
- Providing feedback on student progress to the regular class teacher.
- Working collaboratively with teaching staff and following school policies.
- Being prepared to travel to different schools within the Thorne area.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Must hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Experience in teaching across various primary year groups.
- Strong classroom management skills.
- Ability to adapt teaching style to different settings and requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A proactive and enthusiastic approach to teaching.
