Call Handler & Administrator
- Temporary role to start 28th May until 31st August 2024 ( with a view to be extended or possibly go permanent)
- Poole location
- Free parking
- Pay rate £12.59 per hour
- Full time role- 37 hours per week Monday to Friday
- Normal office hours are between 8am to 5pm (flexibility on start and finish times)
- Part-time hours also considered
- The role after intensive training of around 12 weeks will have the opportunity to work hybrid on a ROTA basis

- Logging sensitive information accurately
- Sending and checking emails inbox
- Arranging highly sensitive meetings
- Attending meetings and taking minutes ( all meetings recorded)
- Distribute minutes to team
Skills required-
- Must be an excellent communicator both written and verbal
- Resilient personality
- Able to handle confidential and sensitive information with empathy
- Must have great attention to details
- MS office, to include Word, Excel, Outlook and TEAMS
