Job Title: HR Assistant
Location: Central Glasgow - hybrid working / parking available
Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum DOE

The Role
As an HR Assistant, you will report to, and work closely with the HR Manager, and play a key role in supporting the growth of the HR function. This generalist position will provide you with a fantastic opportunity to develop your HR skillset across various areas, including recruitment, employee relations, learning & development, and project work.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment processes and onboarding of new employees
- Support the HR Manager with employee relations casework
- Contribute to learning & development initiatives
- Handle general HR administration duties
- Collaborate on project work and business initiatives
Are you the ideal candidate?
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in an HR setting or a similar role
- A willingness to learn and develop professionally
- First administration and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ambitious, self-motivated, and hard-working
- Capable of working at pace and prioritizing effectively
