Remedy Recruitment Group are currently seeking an experienced Team Manager to work within Liverpool City Councils Childrens MASH Service.
Must live locally as this role is mainly 5 days per week on site.
Job Purpose
The Multi Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH) known as Careline in Liverpool, is our front door service. It brings together a number of professionals from different agencies. The agencies work together and share information and use their combined knowledge to keep children and young people safe and ensure their needs are met. The co-location of partners provides the opportunity for key agencies to share information and provide a faster, more co-ordinated response to referrals. This assists in the early identification of safeguarding concerns and ensures that better decisions are made as all the key information relating to a family is available.
This role is a temporary Team Manager for this service and will be responsible for supporting adult services during out of hour shift cover. Recent Team Manager experience in MASH, encompassing Children's and Adults services is essential. You will excellent engagement and professional relationship skills to be able to effectively work with all our partner agencies as part of our integrated mash. You will be an experienced Team Manager, who can work in a fast-pace environment able to analyse risk and make clear cut decisions to maintain the safety and welfare of children and young people. You will be an inclusive manager who has strong leadership skills and can effective support diversely experienced social workers You will passionate to drive and improve practice within the service.
You will need to be:
- SWE registered
