SENIOR DATA ANALYST
£60,000 - £70,000 + BENEFITS

An exciting opportunity to work for a leading, award-winning telecomms business as they grow their analytics function. As a Senior Data Analyst, you will be building turning complex data into actionable business recommendations in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
THE COMPANY
As a Senior Data Analyst, you will be working closely with both C-suite and leadership teams to drive business and achieve goals. This company's structure means that your team is closely aligned with key stakeholders, who you will be delivering insights to as they aim to get a better understanding of their customers.
THE ROLE
As a Senior Data Analyst, you can expect to be analysing metrics such as churn, propensity and attribution as well as conducting customer segmentation. You will be working on various projects across multiple channels to identify customers likelihood to churn, whilst looking for opportunities to upsell where possible.
More specifically, as a Senior Data Analyst, you will be involved in the following:
- Being at the forefront of analytics, understanding metrics such as LTV, churn, retention, loyalty, and cross/up-sell opportunities
- Developing advanced customer segmentations
- Identifying key upsell opportunities throughout the customer lifecycle
- Generating ROI insights on campaigns
- Working alongside Data Scientists
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
The successful Senior Data Analyst will have the following skills and experience:
- Very strong SQL experience, inclusive of relational databases to understand and aid team members when required
- An ability to analyse customer data to understand metrics such as LTV, churn and cross/up-sell opportunities
- Experience working across various channels to establish ROI insights, preferably in a telecoms company
- Educated to degree level in mathematics, statistics or another quantitative field desirable but not essential
BENEFITS
The successful Senior Data Analyst will receive a salary between £60,000 and £70,000 as well as a comprehensive benefits package.
