My client is searching for an experienced and ambitious Senior Architectural Technologist with creative design flare to join a friendly and knowledgeable team in Winchester. The RIBA chartered practice has over 100 members of staff across the UK and pride themselves on completing exceptional designs across the Commercial, Heritage and Residential sectors. The practice has a strong repeat client base and ensures they always provide amazing customer service and innovative, client-led designs.
The successful Senior Architectural Technologist will have significant UK based post Part 3 experience and will have ideally worked on heritage and residential projects. You will have strong technical skills and should have worked through all RIBA stages. ArchiCAD knowledge is beneficial.

Skills, Responsibilities and Experience for the role of Senior Architectural Technologist:
- Significant UK based experience post qualification
- Degree, HND or HNC in Architectural Technology
- Brilliant technical detailing skills
- Experience working through all RIBA stages
- Excellent knowledge of current UK building regulations
- Capable of working independently or as part of a team
- Able to look after the financials of projects
- Strong problem-solving skills
- High end residential experience is favourable
- Knowledge of ArchiCAD is beneficial
