Join the Central team and be key to the maintenance and safety of all locations. They will design, implement, and execute scalable processes, ensuring seamless operations and resolving issues promptly. As a full-time, on-site Facilities Manager, they will manage and maintain office spaces.

Requires Nationwide travel - London, Bristol, Brighton.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Compliance: Ensuring the building adheres to fire safety and health regulations.
  • Maintenance: Overseeing the upkeep of appliances and essential building services, including air conditioning, lifts, and toilets.
  • External Partners: Supervising third-party services such as cleaning, waste management, and service charges.
  • Security: Managing location security, access control, and CCTV systems.
  • Procurement: Handling procurement, monitoring supplier performance, and implementing process improvements.
