Joining the business for a period of 6 months, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR as well as change and transformation experience as part of a wider generalist HR BP remit.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will be CIPD qualified or equivalent and will have experience of operating across HR strategy and operations within a generalist Senior HR BP remit. You will also have experience of upskilling HR teams as well as leading business change and transformation gained in an insurance or financial services business. It is essential that you can start a new role immediately and can commit to a 6 month FTC working 3 days per week from the London City office.
