Day to Day of the role:
- Deliver lesson plans as provided by regular teaching staff, ensuring continuity in students' learning experiences.
- Quickly adapt to new classroom environments and establish rapport with students.
- Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere conducive to learning.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to both students and regular teaching staff.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a smooth transition and effective classroom management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
- Valid teaching certification.
- Previous experience as a supply teacher is preferred but not essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with students and staff.
- Ability to quickly adapt to new classroom environments and educational settings.
- Being able to drive is desirable but not essential, as assignments may vary in location.
