Artis Customer Contact is pleased to be working with a leading brand in search of a high-calibre Head of Sales & Account Management. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and develop a sales-focused account management team within a fast-paced, diverse, and driven environment.

Head of Sales & AM Role Overview:

As the Head of Sales & AM, you will report directly to the Commercial Director and hold full accountability for business development, client relationships, and customer satisfaction. You will be leading a team tasked with managing large corporate business accounts, providing products and solutions to customers. Demonstrable evidence of sales growth is essential, along with the experience and gravitas to manage a team of Sales Account Managers effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support your team to develop and implement strategic B2B sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with corporate customers to maximize sales growth.
  • Support your team in negotiating contracts and agreements to secure profitable business opportunities.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Ensure the team meets and exceeds sales targets through effective performance leadership.

Required Manager Experience and Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years' experience in a relevant B2B sales leadership role.
  • Proven track record of sales accountability and delivering business growth.
  • Further management qualifications and/or equivalent experience are highly desirable.
  • Experience in managing a team of Sales Account Managers with a focus on large corporate business accounts.

  • Robust character with the ability to remain focused on sales growth.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to develop strong business relationships.
  • Strong communication skills at all levels with both customers and the wider group.
  • The gravitas and skills required to build and motivate a high-performing sales team
