With multiple site locations, you will be at the forefront of a dynamic and collaborative corporate tax team, advising both local and international businesses on their tax affairs in the UK and abroad.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Manage and collaborate with senior stakeholders, including Partners and Directors across the Irish and UK client Network.
- Client Development: Cultivate new client relationships and identify opportunities within the market, expanding your portfolio with UK and ROI businesses, private equity firms, and family offices.
- Corporate Tax Expertise: Lead complex projects for a diverse range of clients, introducing relevant specialists as needed to deliver exceptional results.
- Innovative Solutions: Stay ahead of tax law changes and deliver insightful advice to clients and internal stakeholders, enhancing their understanding through knowledge events.
- Team Leadership: Supervise, coach, and provide feedback to your team, fostering an environment of continuous growth and excellence.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Qualifications: ACA and/or CTA or equivalent.
- Expertise: Extensive UK tax knowledge with experience in complex tax issues affecting local and international businesses and private equity firms.
- Business Development: Proven track record in identifying market opportunities and developing client relationships.
- Project Management: Strong background in managing projects and delivering results to dedicated timelines.
- Stakeholder Management: Exceptional ability to manage senior stakeholders both internally and externally.
- Technological Proficiency: Efficient use of technology in managing client relationships and delivering comprehensive analysis.
- Leadership: Demonstrated experience in leading teams, coaching, and delegating tasks effectively.

Salary: £95,000.00 - £130,000.00 per annum.
