Import Coordinator

An exciting opportunity has become available for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our clients Operations Team as an Import Coordinator.

The role will be based at their office close to Heathrow.

Key Functions:

  • Jobs from start to finish, Air/Sea and Road
  • Customs entries
  • Ensure customer service workload is prioritised and order changes are communicated promptly
  • Full training on in-house computer system including communication internal and external
  • Ensure quality and quantity of work is at a high level at all times
  • Liaise with the customer on system related issues
  • Always maintain a high standard of housekeeping

Working Pattern:

  • 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday between core hours of 0800hrs - 1730hrs.
  • Office based.
