Quantity Surveyor/Estimator
As a QS/Estimator, you will be required to undertake the following:
- Develop and assess cost estimates for construction projects.
- Perform feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses.
- Track project expenses and ensure compliance with budgetary constraints.
- Work with project teams to identify opportunities for cost savings.
- Review and negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Analyse and manage project risks associated with cost control.
- Prepare progress reports and financial projections for management.
Ideally, you will possess the relevant Experience and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated experience as a Quantity Surveyor or in a comparable role.
- In-depth understanding of construction methods, materials, and costs.
- Proficiency in cost estimating software and tools.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- High level of attention to detail and precision.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
