You must have a minimum on 3 years experience running your own caseload of Freehold/Leasehold, Sales and Purchase, New Build and/or Shared Ownership. You'll be responsible for running a caseload circa 80 files.
Hybrid working is offered after a short period of time, allowing you to have an excellent work- life balance. The office is ideally located for a commute by car or public transport.
As part of the role, you will have access to a fantastic and (more importantly) achievable bonus structure, which could see you earn a considerable amount on top of your annual salary. You'll have access to a Monthly , Quarterly and Annual bonus.
