A Leading and highly reputable Law firm are seeking a motivated and experienced Residential Conveyancing Paralegal to join their expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with at least one year's experience in a residential or commercial property department to advance their career in a fast-paced and client-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with a wide range of matters concerning property sales and purchases.
- Draft and review documents related to conveyancing transactions.
- Handle post-completion tasks efficiently and accurately.
- Perform day-to-day administration of client matters.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, maintaining high standards of communication and support.
- Manage commercial property and conveyancing needs independently, hitting the ground running from day one.
Requirements:
- Minimum of one year's experience in a residential or commercial property department.
- Ideally possess a Law degree/CPE or LPC.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in drafting documents and handling post-completion matters.
