Our client is a well-known Bristol-based financial planning company. They are seeking a Financial Planning Administrator to join their extremely social team. They are located in contemporary offices in the centre of the city. This position is a fantastic chance to work with a reputable, professionally operated financial advisory company that has a stellar reputation for being a caring, ethical, and all-encompassing wealth management service provider.

The company is a client-facing private wealth consultant that provides rich clients in the London and home counties area with whole of market advice on pensions, investments, tax planning, IHT, mortgages, and certain protections. In order to assist customers with Wills, Trusts, and Estate work, they additionally assist customers in making intergenerational plans.

As a candidate for this position, you will have some prior experience working for a financial services company licensed by the FCA or in the broader Wealth Management industry.This specific firm provides a relatively unique opportunity to work with clients referred to it by law and accounting services firms, to assist individuals navigating financial management planning projects, or to help them prepare for financial stability following the death of a loved one.

The Role

Along with interacting with clients, creating reports for client review meetings, and performing other as-needed duties related to the position, your responsibilities will include managing the financial administration of pensions, investments, and other financial services goods and services.

About You And Your Experience

This is very progressive Financial Planning Administrative role and as such it requires an individual with a desire to build a long-standing career in a Wealth Management Practice or in an associated financial planning business, so ideally you will have had some experience of working in an administrative role within financial services previously and have a good grasp and understanding of the workings of a financial advisor's role. The role has the added advantage of offering real career progression, with the next steps would be to train and develop as a Paraplanner when you feel ready for the challenge. Full on the job training and support will be provided, along with flexible hybrid working.
