Collins Property Recruitment is working with a UK leading Estate Agency to introduce a Head of Sales. In this role, you will be responsible for a market-leading office with a revenue of £1.2million. Within this role, you must bring a wealth of experience and hunger to take this opportunity to the next level.

Key Responsibilities of the Head of Sales:

  • Drive business growth by securing property instructions and hitting targets.
  • Lead and inspire a team of Negotiators.
  • Establishing valuable and long-lasting connections with potential clients.
  • Collaborate on strategic plans with the Sub-Divisional Head.
  • Stay one step ahead, understanding the market, and keeping tabs on the competition.
  • Conduct in-depth research and deliver high-quality reports.
  • Build trust and maintain professionalism with clients, enhancing the brand.
  • Tackle delegated management tasks head-on.

The Head of Sales' Package:

  • £65,000 - £70,000 basic salary
  • £9,000 car allowance
  • Commission + bonus
  • £120,000 + OTE

Requirements:

  • 5 years' experience in a similar position.
  • Experience increasing a company's market share.
  • Leading a strong team of Negotiators.
  • Driving licence.
  • SW/West London experience in property (not essential).
