Delivery Specialist

Jo Holdsworth Recruitment is thrilled to partner with a highly successful health-tech company in Leeds. Owing to their continued growth and success, they are seeking to recruit a Delivery Specialist to ensure quality delivery on service and performance commitments to clients. This is an exciting opportunity to join the company during a period of expansion. To excel in this role, you should have strong analytical skills, be dynamic, self-motivated, and ambitious.

Key Responsibilities of the Delivery Specialist:

  • Taking notes and formatting documents in client meetings - summarising important points, action items for clients, and collaborating with your team members to make key decisions.
  • Working closely with the Account Management team to analyse new trends.
  • Responsible for the onboarding process for clients, checking eligibility files, making sure SSO runs smoothly, helping set up challenges, writing and formatting reports and configure the platform.
  • Responsible for proofreading and tracking file processing and liaising with the client to solve any technical issues.
  • Use the Microsoft Office Suite to format documents and reporting.
  • Respond to member services inquiries that come through the account management team and manage operational client escalations.
  • Attending quarterly service review meetings with clients both virtually and in person.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Bachelor's degree qualified or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in administration or data management.
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced environment.
  • SaaS experience is preferred.
  • Must be a competent user of Excel including knowledge of v-look ups, pivot tables and formulas.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Natural and confident communicating with stakeholders.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Engaging, dynamic and confident personality.
  • Has an analytical mindset and skills.
