ASAP start Fabric Engineer needed
I am currently looking for a Fabric Maintenance Engineer to join a dynamic team of 5
Location- East London
Salary- £36,000
Shift- Mon-Fri, 8:4:30 (40 hours per week)
1 in 4 on call £150 retention payment
Looking for a plumbing or carpentry qualification, or alternatively lots of FM experience in a similar role. Carrying out routine fabric PPMs and reactive tasks.
Looking for someone with a good attitude, willing to learn and potential for upskilling.
Duties:
- Painting
- Decorating
- Tiling - walls and ceilings
- Basic carpentry
- Drainage & flushing
- Door repairs
- Handle replacement
- Changing locks
- Fire alarm testing
- Changing lights
Requirements:
- Qualification in Carpentry or Plumbing
- L8 awareness training
- Experience as a multi-trader/fabric engineer in commercial environments
- Happy to work independently for long periods of time
- 17th/18th Edition (not essential, but desirable)
