This role would suit a qualified Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer, Solicitor or an experienced Paralegal with specific Residential Conveyancing experience. This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced candidate to join a brilliant team undertaking quality work. For the right person, there will be the opportunity to progress to Partner.
Residential Conveyancer responsibilities:
- Running your own caseload of Residential Conveyancing matters from initial instruction to completion to include purchases, sales, remortgages and transfers of equity
- Providing quality advice to clients
- Undertaking some business development and networking opportunities
Residential Conveyancer requirements:
- You will be a qualified Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer, Solicitor or an experienced Paralegal with experience gained specifically within Residential Conveyancing
- You will be able to run your own caseload from initial instruction to completion
- You will be motivated and ambitious
- You will have strong communication skills
- Ideally, you will have local connections and a desire to build relationships with referrers, agents and the local community
