Description
- Handling all aspects of payroll processing independently
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date payroll records
- Processing timesheets and updating payroll information
- Ensuring all payroll transactions comply with tax laws
- Resolving payroll discrepancies and answering employee payroll queries
- Preparing reports on payroll expenditures
- Working closely with the Accounting & Finance department to ensure accuracy
- Staying updated on the latest payroll trends, techniques, and regulations
Profile
A successful Stand Alone Payroller should have:
- A solid understanding of end to end payroll processing
- Good knowledge of tax laws and regulations
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
