Reed is seeking an experienced and organised Business Support Assistant to join the Looked after Children Team. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive clerical support, ensuring the smooth operation of administrative processes and adherence to GDPR. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a busy office environment and is committed to delivering high-quality support services.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Provide high-quality administrative support, setting up and maintaining functional systems in compliance with GDPR.
- Maintain accurate customer records both manually and electronically, producing monthly statistical reports.
- Utilise IT systems for data entry, word processing of letters, memoranda, and reports, including confidential materials.
- Manage diaries, organise meetings, and take minutes during meetings.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience in administrative processes within a busy office environment.
- Strong customer service experience.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines.
- Excellent understanding of data protection and security of information principles.
- Good verbal communication skills and the ability to convey information effectively.
