My client is seeking a dedicated Sales Coordinator to join their team. This role is pivotal in managing the sales order process from quote generation to delivery, ensuring a seamless experience for our customers.

Day to Day of the role:

  • Process sales orders, enquiries, queries, and quotes in a timely manner, conducting regular sales order checks.
  • Manage and update department processes.
  • Progress sales orders and liaise with customers on product specifications, order details, delivery, and special arrangements, ensuring effective internal communication.
  • Maintain customer orders and data files on SAP and Google Docs, logging communications.
  • Develop customer relationships and ensure order accuracy and completeness.
  • Produce regular reports to support the sales function.
  • Provide sales administration support to the dealer and OEM network, attending sales meetings.
  • Handle telephone calls and general office duties, including secretarial support as required.
  • Assist with trade shows and the distribution of sales and marketing materials.
  • Undertake basic accounting tasks and review price lists.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Customer Service experience is essential.
  • GCSE Maths & English or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of SAP/ERP/CRM systems is preferable.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
  • Experience in a customer service/administrator role within sales, manufacturing, or production is preferred. Finance role experience is also considered due to the required attention to detail.
