Position Overview:
My client are seeking an experienced and driven Corporate Solicitor (4 year PQE+) to join their dedicated team. The successful candidate will play a key role in handling complex corporate transactions and providing strategic legal advice to our esteemed clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a broad range of corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity transactions, and corporate finance.
- Advise clients on corporate governance, compliance issues, and general corporate law.
- Draft, review, and negotiate complex legal documents, including share purchase agreements, shareholders' agreements, and other corporate contracts.
- Conduct due diligence and provide risk assessments for corporate transactions.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Collaborate with colleagues across various practice areas to deliver comprehensive legal solutions.
- Participate in business development activities and contribute to the growth of the firm.
