The store environment is designed beautifully in a great location on one of London's most famous retail destinations.
The Role
The sales & service manager inspires confidence in customers and the team, in an omnichannel business environment. They are accountable for supporting the assistant managers in delivering the highest level of customer experience, exceeding their commercial objectives, and adhering to all operational policies and procedures. The sales & service manager will work in close partnership with the flagship store management team and take responsibility as a key holder.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Customer experience- acting as an ambassador, building a community and long-standing customer relationships.
- People & leadership, lead by example, support in delivering training, supervise teams.
- Commercial - Providing feedback on new opportunities to improve sales
- Operations- act as duty manager in absence of leadership team, maintain BOH standards, Execute VM guideline's
