Description

This role is an excellent role for a contact centre leader with expertise in developing successful sales teams. Day to day you'll find yourself:

  • Driving strong sales performance through a contact centre operation.
  • Experience leading teams specialising in telephone based order processing, quotations and cross/up sales.
  • Creating a second to none culture where individuals can thrive.
  • Manage KPIs to ensure successes for your teams.
  • Support multiple Team Managers to coach and develop their teams.
  • Implement strategies to drive sales and meet performance targets.
  • Develop strategies to work closely with other key customer functions such as Field Sales, Customer Care and Marketing.
  • Lead and motivate to exceed customer expectations.
  • Foster a positive and results-oriented work environment.
  • Liaise with various departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Utilise customer feedback to improve service and boost customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor team performance, providing coaching and development as needed.
  • Implement new processes and systems to improve operational efficiency.

Profile

A successful Senior Contact Centre Sales Manager should have:

  • A solid understanding of driving inbound and outbound sales in a contact centre environment.
  • Proven experience in a leadership role, in a contact centre setting.
  • Clear examples of successes in improvements / results achieved through your leadership.
  • Solid stakeholder management abilities, this person will be key in bringing back the Internal Sales department into the Contact Centre.
  • Exceptional communication, organisational, and leadership skills.
  • A track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets.
  • The ability to inspire and lead a team to deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Familiarity with the latest customer service software and technology.
