  • Salary: £20k (Neg)base with OTE of £25k (uncapped commission earned on lettings agreed each month)

As a Lettings Negotiator your duties will include:

  • Assist with the management of the front office dealing with face to face, telephone and e-mail enquiries.
  • Assist with the management of the applicant database, ensuring regular contact is made with all prospective tenants.
  • Register potential tenants, arrange and attend viewings.
  • Liaise and negotiate between landlords and tenants to close deals.
  • Build and maintain excellent working relationships with landlords and tenants.
  • Canvass for new business opportunities.
  • Achieve pre-agreed targets.
  • Complete referencing process and prepare tenancy agreements whilst maintaining communication with all parties throughout and providing a seamless service from let to move in.
  • Process new landlord and tenant insurance policies.
  • Update window displays and the company website with property details along with other general administration duties.

The successful Lettings Negotiator will have the following skills / experience:

  • Previous experience in a letting's negotiation role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A strong sales focus and a results-driven approach.
  • The ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
  • A commitment to providing outstanding customer service.

A full UK driving licence is required and you must have access to your own vehicle. Business mileage is paid at 45p per mile and provide onsite parking. You must be able to work a 5 day working week (38 hours per week) to include every Saturday (with a day off in lieu during the week), and holiday allowance is 20 days per annum plus bank holidays.
