- Monday to Friday 7am-5pm
- Based on luxury residential site in London N2
Overview:
Providing a 5* customer service to the residents within a luxury and diverse environment. Be the first point of contact for residents, contractors and subcontractors. Working closely with the other concierge to ensure safety and security of the building. Handling any and all arising issues.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for a team of Concierge/Valet Drivers
- General building management
- Contract management of both hard and soft services
- Residential pool and gym facilities management
- Customer service delivery

Skills:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- IT proficiency, previous use of the Dwellant system would be beneficial
- Excellent time management skills and punctuality
- Exposure to managing a private block of leasehold apartments
MUST HAVE
- Full UK driving license, held for at least 3 years + be over the age of 25 for insurance purposes
