The Duties of the Customer Service Manager will include;
- Manage the customer experience & manage the full contact centre & department
- Manage the day to day running's of the office
- Assist the general manager with personnel matters; recruitment, training, discaplinaries & dismissals
- manage the customer service function to a high standard, surpass & maintain customer satisfaction
- collate, report & manage KPIs and other management statistics
- Hours of work, Monday to Friday, some flexibility – core hours, 7am – 4pm or 8am – 5pm (some flexibility) + 1 Saturday in 4

The Required experience & characteristics of the Customer Service Manager will be:
- Proven experience in a similar, business to business customer service role
- Ideally, experience from the Accident Body Repair or Automotive sector
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
- Professional fluency in English, other languages a plus
