Event Administrator
Doncaster
30 hours per week, Monday to Friday

As a Events Administrator, you will be required to
- Accurately review and manage correspondence in a timely manner.
- Communicate effectively with clients, exhibitors, and suppliers
- Coordinate and manage schedules and tasks, ensuring contractual obligations are met.
- Chase and collate exhibitor paperwork, including space plans and health & safety documents.
- Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring all company systems are up to date
- Assist in the preparation of correspondence, presentations, and reports.
- Book travel, accommodations, and manage service repairs as required.
- Support the team with general administrative duties and office support.
Candidate:
- Proven experience in administration with strong analytical and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Candidates must be eligible to work in the UK and willing to occasionally travel to meetings and/or work onsite at shows across the UK.
