Warehouse Operative- Mid Pick
Location Reynolds - Waltham Cross
Contract: Permanent, Full time
Salary £ 26,416
Shift: 40 hrs pw on 5 over 7 shift patterns (including Weekend work)
Shift Times: 2:30pm-11:30pm
PLEASE NOTE THE ROLE REQUIRES YOU TO WORK IN A CHILLED ENVIROMENT. TEMPERATURES BETWEEN 3-5 DEGREES.

To be successful in your application, you will need to have the following.
- Prepared to work in a chilled environment (3°c - 5°c)
- Heavy lifting is required within this role. Lifting Items weighing up to 25kg A level of physical fitness is required.
- Accurately picking and preparing goods for the production ensuring smooth operations for the following days production.
- Managing stock levels and inventory with precision to ensure quality is upheld,
- Using HHD devices to accurately pick customer orders efficiently and accurately Checking accuracy and quality
- To report any shorts or damaged products to your team leader or operations manager
- Resolving discrepancies promptly to your team leader or operations manager
- To assemble the products on the pallet in a safe manner, avoiding compression and damage
- Operating key vehicles, such as counterbalance and reach trucks, to handle and move goods efficiently.
- Work as trained whilst adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Work efficiently both independently and as part of the team in a fast-paced environment.
