PURCHASE LEDGER CLERK - UP TO £16/HR - ASAP START DATE - ABINGDON - HYBRID

Robert Half are thrilled to be working with a brilliant business in Abingdon that are looking for a full-time Purchase Ledger Clerk to join the team ASAP for 3-6 months.

Responsibilities:

  • Processing supplier invoices and matching them to purchase orders.
  • Ensuring invoices are coded and posted accurately to the ledger.
  • Preparing and processing payment runs.
  • Maintaining up-to-date and accurate supplier records.
  • Handling supplier queries in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a purchase ledger or accounts payable role is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Good communication skills for dealing with suppliers and internal teams.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
