Are you passionate about leading architectural innovation in a fast-paced environment? MHR People First is seeking a Head of Architecture to inspire and guide our Architecture teams. You will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and documenting high-quality, secure, and scalable solutions for our People First product.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Cultivate relationships with stakeholders to deliver technology evaluations, prototypes, and solutions that increase efficiency and drive revenue.
  • Technical Oversight: Provide leadership in Architecture Designs, ensuring technical standards across the People First product.
  • Visionary Planning: Develop and communicate architectural roadmaps, aligning with strategic business plans.
  • System Integration: Design and oversee the implementation of end-to-end integrated systems.
  • Mentorship: Oversee, mentor, and direct the architecture team to support business and IT strategic planning.
  • Innovation Partnership: Work with the CTO & Software Director on annual infrastructure and software strategy, maintaining external partnerships for technology advancements.
  • Governance: Develop, communicate, and deploy product Architecture Governance processes, ensuring compliance and documenting significant architectural decisions.
  • Risk Management: Identify architectural risks and propose effective solutions.

About You:

  • Leadership Experience: Proven track record of leading architecture teams, encouraging growth, diversity, and empowerment.
  • People Development: Strong performance management skills with a history of developing talent.
  • Team Player: Excellent collaboration skills, open to feedback, and effective delegation.

Required Experience:

  • Technical Proficiency: Cloud Proficiency in Azure, DevOps, Containerization, Test Automation, and Infrastructure as Code.
  • SaaS Products: Experience working on strategic SaaS products.
  • Commercial Software Development: Experience of designing and evolving Azure SaaS architecture.
  • Scaling Software: Proven experience in scaling software, identifying bottlenecks and designing software solutions on Azure.
  • Strategic Implementation: Ability to define and implement software architectural strategic direction.
