Purchase Ledger Assistant Responsibilities:
- Process financial data within the Accounts team, primarily focusing on the Purchase Ledger and associated memberships and accounts
- Support with cashiering, accounting, and bank procedures
- Assist the wider Accounts team during peak times
- Learn and understand the Financial Life Cycle process adopted within the business and contribute to managing this policy
- Learn and understand Solicitors Accounts Rules and ensure compliance
- Produce accurate and high-quality work
- Work collaboratively in a friendly team environment
Purchase Ledger Assistant Requirements:
- Understanding and experience of Purchase Ledger in a business environment
- Strategic thinking ability to tackle challenges logically and step-by-step
- Expert eye for detail and strong organisational skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Confident and professional communication skills
- Excellent team player with a willingness to support others
