JRRL are seeking an Administration Assistant to join their client in Sidcup. This role would suit someone looking to learn and have a solid career path. The company is a leading consultancy that offer a friendly, sociable work environment and provide free onsite parking. Full training given.
Duties for the Administration Assistant:
- Data entry using in-house software systems.
- Providing assistance in processing new claims notifications.
- Analysing claims made by policymaker.
- Monitoring the progress of claims.
- Building relationships with legal/claims professionals.
- Information gathering.
- Document preparation using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Photocopying, filing, and scanning.
Person Specification for the Administration Assistant:
- Organised with good attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills – written and verbal.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
- Team player with a friendly and helpful approach.
Hours: 8.30 – 4.00 Monday to Friday
