What You'll Do

As a Customer Success Executive, you will be at the heart of our client's operations. You will cultivate deep relationships with clients while delivering valuable industry insights. Acting as the face of the company, you will liaise between customers and the business, ensuring smooth communication.

  • Manage client accounts, forming and maintaining strong relationships with our clients
  • Project manage new Client Implementations from Sales Handover to Go Live
  • Present training confidently from offices, on site and online
  • Understand the Clients' software environment and consider where further assistance can be provided
  • Hold monthly/quarterly customer meetings for high profile clients
  • Identify customers' development needs and work with the product team to deliver paid for Statements of work
  • Demonstrate new features following/prior to release
  • Keep abreast of developments in the Umbrella, pay and charge, and general employment markets
