This role is pivotal in meeting the daily operational marketing needs of various teams within the firm. It is a proactive, hands-on, multi-channel position where your expertise will drive marketing outcomes. As a partner to your teams, you will work closely with them to deliver their marketing plans and maximize emerging opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for various service, office, or sector teams.
  • Drive and deliver actions on the team's marketing plan, including events, digital content, collateral, and campaigns.
  • Respond to and triage marketing needs, working with core CMT colleagues to allocate resources effectively.
  • Utilize shared human and physical resources to meet deadlines and coordinate with other Marketing Business Partners.
  • Provide marketing data and reports on outcomes and project costs.
  • Manage end-to-end team-led events, from invitations to setup.
  • Support teams with article editing, social media scheduling, and intranet management.
  • Produce collateral such as team service sheets, leaflets, and videos.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience in a similar role within a comparable organisation.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in handling complex or technically drafted copy and editing for diverse audiences.
  • Skilled in using project management software and Microsoft programs.
  • Natural problem solver with higher-level thinking skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver campaigns and projects across multiple marketing channels.
  • Possesses emotional intelligence and resilience.
  • Holds a marketing-focused degree and/or a CIM level qualification. A project management qualification is advantageous.
