Recruitment Consultant

Based full-time from our

Heathrow Airport office (SL3)

, you'll work in the fast-paced world of recruitment, connecting top talent with leading employers in the

aviation industry

This role will require some moderate travel; therefore, a driving licence is essential.

Your Role

As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll leverage your sales and business development expertise to:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with

clients in the commercial aviation sector,

delivering tailored recruitment solutions.

  • Proactively generate new business leads through

networking, social media, and market research.

Match high-calibre candidates to the right roles,

ensuring the perfect fit for both clients and candidates

(fulll training provided).

  • Drive team performance by mentoring and supporting junior recruiters.

Attend recruitment open days and client meetings, with minor travel to UK airports.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking motivated, results-driven professionals with:

  • Proven experience in

sales, business development, or account management, preferably in a target-driven environment.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and

relationship-building skills.

  • A desire to excel in a fast-paced, competitive industry.
  • A full, clean UK manual driving license (minimum 12 months' experience).
