Join a merchandise company with over 30 years experience as a Sales Executive. They specialise in branded merchandise and clothing with a strong portfolio of customers ranging from Formula One teams through to global champagne producers, NHS providers logistics and warehousing specialists. There is an opportunity to join their sales team due to continued growth. This is an office-based role.
THE SALES EXECUTIVE ROLE:
- Generate and qualify potential sales leads
- Source and develop customer referrals
- Generate quotes
- Liaise with Graphic designer and suppliers for visuals, monitor and approve artwork
- Maintain ongoing contact strategy
- Participate in exhibition sales events as required – internal and external events
- Ensure customer service satisfaction and good customer relationships
- Pro-actively monitor competitors, market conditions and product development
KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Previous sales / account management experience ideally in a similar role
- Customer-focused, driven and motivated
- Good attention to detail, strong communication and written skills
- Ideally, 20 miles or less from Northampton.
SALARY & BENEFITS YOU'LL RECEIVE AS SALES EXECUTIVE:
- £25,000 - £30,000 basic, dependent on experience
- OTE with commission (£40,000 to £50,000) commission is uncapped
- 20 days holiday (increasing to 25) + public holidays
