Our client, a specialist insurance business is looking for a Programme Managers with capabilities in successfully initiating, planning, designing, implementing and closing projects in line with governance methodologies related to finance and HR workday systems.
You will collaborate with the Head of Project Management and wider team(s) to deliver high volume transformation projects for system-based launch methodologies.
This London based hybrid role involves:
- Programme management via full lifecycle
- Production of documents related to disclosure, recognition and measurement of insurance contracts
- Conducting workshops and events related to the assigned project(s)
- Taking ownership of health and safety processes and procedures
- Oblige to GDPR requirements ensuring the organisation is complicit to legislation updates
- Using dashboards/insights to report on checkpoints, highlights, project summary, end-stage assessments etc
Required:
- Proven track record of managing large scale
- Solid experience within the insurance sector, London market or GI
- Strong experience engaging with stakeholders both internal and external
- Agile methodology experience
- Knowledge of insurance and reinsurance with a focus on finance processes, technologies and change
- Full eligibility to work in the UK with full RTW (unfortunately sponsorship is not provided)
