We have a fantastic opening for an experienced conveyancing professional seeking to collaborate with a reputable and talented team in providing outstanding and personable client service and care. An opportunity to work on high quality transactional work, enhancing your skills and experience.
You will be expected to cover a full and diverse caseload including:
- Sales and purchases.
- Remortgages and lease extensions.
- Freehold and leasehold (including shared ownership properties).
- New builds.
- Other general property related matters.
About You:
- You will have a solid background in Residential Conveyancing with good quality experience.
- Adept and comfortable in managing a full and busy caseload.
- Committed to the highest levels of client service quality.
- Proactive and confident, with strong interpersonal skills.
